Time Signature
The time signature, a.k.a time, shows us how many beats we can put in one measure and what note gets one beat, for example if it was 4_4 time you would put four notes in one measure and the quarter note would get one beat because one of it makes up a forth of the measure. If it was 2_2 you could put two notes in one measure, and the half not would get one beat. Also, if the time was 4_6 you could six beats in one measure and the quarter note would get one beat
